How Does a PRP Facial Work?
Once you're seated comfortably in one of our private treatment areas, a small amount of blood will be pulled from your arm and put into a centrifuge machine. Most of the time, we draw around four tablespoons of blood. After about 15 minutes, the different components of the blood will be separated and ready for injection. We will place your concentrated plasma into a syringe and inject it into the treatment areas. The PRP process usually only takes approximately five minutes, but that can vary on a patient-to-patient basis.
