Endolift vs. iLaser: Which Treatment is Right for You?

By Dr. Anwar, Owner of Modern Aesthetics – Roseville, CA

As non-surgical facial rejuvenation continues to advance, patients now have powerful options for skin tightening and contouring without the need for invasive surgery. Two of the most talked-about treatments are Endolift and iLaser. While both harness the power of laser technology, they differ in how they work, what they target, and the type of results you can expect. At Modern Aesthetics, we help patients decide which treatment best fits their goals.

The Endolift and iLaser are both minimally invasive procedures using a fiber delivery system underneath the skin. The laser energy stimulates collagen, remodels the tissue and can melt small pockets of unwanted fat.

What sets the iLaser apart from the Endolift is the usage of the cannula where the laser fiber is inserted. This allows for precise placement of the energy to specific areas of the skin that are being targeted, melting fat, skin tightening or treating cellulite. The wavelength of the laser being used with the iLaser allows for better water absorption rather than the Endolift where it doesn't. This allows us to use less energy to achieve great results.

If you’re looking for a non-surgical lift and contouring effect, especially along the jawline, under the chin, or midface, both procedures are great techniques. Which is right for you?

At Modern Aesthetics, Dr. Anwar will evaluate your skin and goals to recommend the most effective approach — and in some cases, a combination of both treatments may offer the best results.
